KB Advisory Group conducted a financial analysis of a wide range of options for consideration in a mandatory inclusionary zoning policy. The study assisted Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. (ABI) with analyzing the potential impact of the mandatory inclusionary zoning policy for the BeltLine Planning Area.

The Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. and Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. hired KB Advisory Group (formerly Bleakly Advisory Group) to lead a consulting team tasked with conducting an extensive analysis of affordable housing as part of ABI’s Mixed-Income Transit-Oriented Development Implementation Strategy (MITODIS). The strategy designed coordinates resources, tools, and programs to encourage the development and preservation of 5,600 units of affordable housing in Atlanta’s BeltLine neighborhoods.
