Last week, the KB team had to say good-bye to Jaycee Shin, who got to pursue her Master’s Degree at Georgia Tech through the Fulbright Foreign Student Program.
After earning her Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning at Georgia Tech, Jaycee joined KB as an intern in the summer of 2025 and returned as a consultant in January 2026. Over her time at KB, she contributed to 14 projects spanning Tax Allocation Districts plans, economic impact analyses, annexation feasibility studies, and economic development strategic plans. Her strengths in data analysis, scenario-based modeling, and translating data into clear policy narratives have been a real asset to KB’s work.
Below are her reflections on being part of the KB family, she will be greatly missed!
