11 Jan Bowen Choice Community Workshop
KB Advisory Group, Sycamore Consulting, and TSW are excited to be working with Atlanta Housing on
the Bowen Choice Neighborhood Transformation Plan, an important project for Atlanta’s future!
Since May 2021, we’ve collaborated with a large group of community partners,
@Gaskins Surveying, @Kimley-Horn, @KB Advisory Group, @Sycamore Consulting, and Steps Economics.
We’ve heard great ideas from the former Bowen Homes residents,
Almond Park, and Carey Park communities so far!
In October 2021, our Return to Community event informed design decisions for our drawings to date.
This week, we’re kicking off a Workshop with a
Good Urbanism seminar on Saturday, January 15 at 10:00 AM,
in partnership with @Georgia Conservancy and Professor Richard Dagenhart from @Georgia Tech’s School of City and Regional Planning.
The following week, January 20 – 22, we’ll host a 3-day hybrid Community Workshop at @Springfield Missionary Baptist Church, with
two Public Open Houses; on Thursday, January 20 at 6:00 PM and Saturday, January 22 at 1:00 PM.
