What’s ahead in our world in 2025?
We see cautious optimism from both the public and private sectors in thinking about the next real estate development wave. Housing and economic development are hot topics in all corners of the Southeast.
Will we build enough housing to keep up with the economic development gains? Will the City of Atlanta continue to grow at a faster rate than the rest of the metropolitan region? Will more communities throughout Georgia embrace the positive impacts that are brought forward by a growing economy?
Only time will tell. But one thing is for certain: KB Advisory Group is charged up and ready to ride in 2025.

When my wife, Reagan, and I purchased KB Advisory Group over five years ago from the firm’s founder, Ken Bleakly, I was excited to build on its legacy while charting a new course.
Taking the reins of an established firm was not without its challenges, but it has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. Inheriting a legacy comes with responsibility—honoring what’s been built while finding your own voice as a leader.
Over the years, I have learned that leadership isn’t about having all the answers. It is about staying curious, being adaptable, and continually asking how you can create value for your clients, your team, and the communities you serve.
Looking back, I am proud of how far KB Advisory Group has come and excited about where we are heading. My focus remains on delivering insights that help shape vibrant, walkable, and resilient communities.
This work has always been about more than just the numbers; it is about the people and places that make our cities thrive. I’m excited as we continue to make an impact.
